The menus section contains menus and recipes from Martha Colvard who was the Chancellor's wife at the time of publication, Bonnie Cone, who founded the University, Mary McEniry, Lee and Eleanor Rose, Loy Witherspoon and other individuals connected with the University.

Over 30 year old cookbook is in good, but used condition. The cover is cardboard stock there is some soiling to back cover.

There is an inscription inside front cover:

Kitty - Merry Christmas, Beverly and Rusty, December 25, 1978.

Title page has a number of spots. There are light stains on some of the other pages and inside back cover, but for the most part, the pages are clean.

This 62 year old cookbook clearly shows it age, especially where the cover is concerned. The cardboard covers, front and back are heavily creased and the front cover has a 2 inch tear in the middle. The back cover has peeled in one place and is also heavily creased. In addition, the top spiral binding is missing from the first 3 holes. PLEASE SEE IMAGES.

The pages are clean except for age discoloration.
