Good condition, some cover wear, including white spots on cover front and back and scratches to cover, stains and scuffing to inside covers. Title page is creased and stained and partially separated from 3 ring binder. Most of the remaining pages are clean, however there are stains on the index pages - the worst of them are on the front and back of one page, that is included with the images. Please see images.
The pages containing the recipes are clean.
