Dishes, Vegetables, Breads, Desserts. Also contains a map and listing
of Oregon's resorts and inns.
This book is in good condition, with some cover wear and corner bumps.
The plastic binding is broken in two places at the bottom and one place
at the top. Please see images. The book is still tightly bound and the
pages are clean.

The Junior League of Charlotte North Carolina
Published by the Junior League of Charlotte in 1994, Dining by Fireflies has become a southern classic cookbook.
Beautifully illustrated throughout, the book is divided into three
sections: Brunches Lunches and Picnics; Simple Suppers and Elegant
Dinners; Holiday and Buffet Entertaining.
Each section contains menus and recipes - for example:

March Madness (Hearty Fare Before the Game)
Mom, I'm Coming Home (Please Fix All My Favorites)

There are 30 menus, with over 300 recipes.
Book is in very good condition with light shelf wear and corner bumps.
Inside binding is tight and pages are clean. Appears rarely, if ever,
used.

Joy of Christmas
The Junior League of Washington DC

Contains recipes submitted by members of the Washington DC Junior League with a holiday theme.
In addition to recipes, this cookbook also includes a section on Holiday
Hints, Touches of Christmas and Charmers for Children.
Recipe categories are: Christmas Drinks, Hors d'oeuvres, Bread and
Breakfast, Light Fare, Salads, Entrees, Accompanimnts, Vegetables,
Festive Desserts, The Cookie Jar.
Book is in very good condition but does show age and use. There is
cover wear, especially to the edges and spine. Some of the pages have
stains and there are some stains visible when the book is closed. Some
recipes have checkmarks next to them and some page numbers are circled.
This is clearly a well used cookbook.
In addition, there is a large written inscription inside the front cover (red marker was used). It reads:
"CJL Community Action Chairman
1986-1987 Board Member
Ruthie - Wishing you much happiness and joy during 1987. Many personal
thanks for your hard work and support. Your friend, Jocelyn."
Note: I did some research and Jocelyn Dienst was president of the
Charlotte NC Junior League from 1986-87. This was apparently given by
her to someone in appreciation of their support.

Very good Good condition with some cover wear, binding is tight and
pages are clean. There are some light spots on edges of pages visible
