On the bottom of the title page, there is a small clipped area. Some wear to the covers, soiling and creasing. The title page has a mark - the other pages are clean and binding is tight.

The menus section contains menus and recipes from Martha Colvard who was the Chancellor's wife at the time of publication, Bonnie Cone, who founded the University, Mary McEniry, Lee and Eleanor Rose, Loy Witherspoon and other individuals connected with the University.
Over 30 year old cookbook is in good, but used condition. The cover is cardboard stock there is some soiling to back cover.
There is an inscription inside front cover:

Title page has a number of spots. There are light stains on some of the other pages and inside back cover, but for the most part, the pages are clean.
