This is the USA edition of a cookbook that was produced by Mother's
Choice Ltd, and contains recipes submitted by members throughout the
world. One note from the editor: All recipes were typed as submitted -
all of the weights and measurements were typed as given. For example,
if the ingredients were listed in grams, it remained that way in the USA
edition.
I have scanned the letter from editor which contains more information
about the format of the book, and included it with the images in this
listing.

What's Cooking at St. Marks
Volume III
This cookbook is not dated, but could be from the 1970's. There is no
information as to where St. Marks is located, however, there is a St.
Mark's in Gastonia, North Carolina. Since this was obtained at an
estate sale in that area, it may be that Church, but, again, nothing in
the cookbook identifies the location of St. Marks.
