This cookbook is not dated, but could be from the 1970's. There is no information as to where St. Marks is located, however, there is a St. Mark's in Gastonia, North Carolina. Since this was obtained at an estate sale in that area, it may be that Church, but, again, nothing in the cookbook identifies the location of St. Marks.
