The International School of Brussels

This cookbook contains 212 recipes that were submitted by individuals from 55 different countries. Also included is information and useful hints on customs and traditions in different parts of the world.

Because potluck dinners are a wonderful way to bring people together, recipes that can be prepared in advance for that purpose are marked with an asterisk.

The contents are listed alphabetically by recipe with the contributing country and page number alongside.

Some recipes have metric measurements, but most seem to have the standard. The inside back cover also contains a conversion chart.
