Good condition, although there is some wear to covers and the edges of the pages. Binding is tight and pages are clean. However, on the last page of the index and the next (blank) page, the previous owner has written 2 recipes in ink. One is for a 2 Egg Chiffon Cake from the Lancaster News, the other is for a Cheese Custard from a local TV station.

There is noticeable wear to this cookbook, published in 1968, mostly to the covers, where there is peeling, small tears, etc. The binding is still intact. A few of the pages have some light stains, but overall, they are clean.

All in all, a very usable cookbook, if one can overlook the cover wear.

Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

2 pkg frozen broccoli
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Boil chicken and cut into bit size pieces. Arrange cooked broccoli in greased baking dish, put chicken on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over top. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Condition: Light cover wear visible in images and some staining to pages visible when book is closed. Other than that, very good condition. Binding tight.
