The contents are listed alphabetically by recipe with the contributing country and page number alongside. 

Some recipes have metric measurements, but most seem to have the standard. The inside back cover also contains a conversion chart.

In very good condition with light cover wear. Binding is tight and pates are clean. There is an inscription inside front cover - please see images.
