One Dish Meal
1 lb. hamburger
4 large potatoes
2 large onions
2 carrots
Cook hamburger until color changes. Crumble and drain. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots, slice thin. In greased baking dish, put a layer of potatoes, carrots and onions. Sprinkle hamburger and another layer of vegetables until you fill the dish. Dot with butter. Wrap with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
