Good condition with light cover soiling. The bottom corners of many of
the pages have been folded and are creased. Binding is tight and
pages are clean. In the second image, it appears as if the plastic
spiral binding is broken at the bottom. It is not. It was not all the
way through the hole, and I corrected that.
