This book was written for the home cook. Each of the 270 recipes submitted has been scaled for 6 portions, unless otherwise noted. Book in good condition, with some jacket wear. light wear to jacket. One page (see images) has the corner turned down and is stained. The rest of the pages are clean and the binding is tight.
