This was a well-loved and well-used cookbook and the condition reflects that, along with its age (over 30 years old). There is soiling and creasing to the cover, front and back. In addition, the previous owner wrote recipes of her own on many of the "Additional Recipes" sections. Some pages have light stains. Binding is tight and pages are clean. Still a very usable cookbook if one can overlook the wear.
