Generation to Generation Cookbook
Betty Waters
"In this cookbook, is a touch of yesterday as well as a touch of today. "
Betty Waters is the daughter of Minnie and Troy King - one of 13
children. According to Betty, the family lived most of their lives in
the rural areas of Hamilton County, North Carolina where Minnie cooked
for her family but also for dinners such as "thrashing dinners". She
made breads, jellies, tomato butter, donuts, cookies and much more.
The recipes in this book, compiled by the author, have been handed down
from Minnie King, as well as her daughters, daughters in law,
grandchildren, great grandchilden and wives of grandchildren. Some
recipes are very old, and some are new.

Overall good condition, but there is some cover wear - front cover has

some creasing to the cover, and light stains on title page. Binding is
