Cookbook is in excellent condition. Binding is tight and pages are clean, except for writing on flyleaf "Beth's Church Growing up". On a page that gives the history of the Church, a name is underlined with "your great grandmother" written neatly in ink under the underline. A couple of the tabs are creased. Nice padded vinyl cover, three ring binder format.
