This 62 year old cookbook clearly shows it age, especially where the cover is concerned. The cardboard covers, front and back are heavily creased and the front cover has a 2 inch tear in the middle. The back cover has peeled in one place and is also heavily creased. In addition, the top spiral binding is missing from the first 3 holes. PLEASE SEE IMAGES.

The pages are clean except for age discoloration.
