Please see images for the cover wear to this book. Front and back cover have been "snipped" or cut near the bottom and the top of the back cover is damaged as well. There is light soiling and scratches on back cover and some spots visible on top of book when closed. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. Still very usable if one can overlook the wear. Price reflects condition.
