In very good condition, some very light cover wear. Binding is tight and pages are clean - I did see one page where previous owner has written under a recipe: Bake 18-20 minutes and the word "bran" inserted into the directions. In looking closely at the recipe, no baking time is indicated and while bran is in the ingredient list, it is left out of the directions, so I am assuming this was a correction.
